Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your account.
You may request closure of your 88chip account at any time by contacting customer support. 88chip reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete verification requirements. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to verification.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within the standard processing time of the selected payment method. 88chip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 88chip reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete verification requirements. In such cases, 88chip will notify the account holder and may request additional information before any transaction is processed.

Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in a sporting event (such as goals, wickets, or score changes) while odds are recalculated. Bets placed during a suspension period will be rejected. 88chip is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced by a player that result in delayed access to live markets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88chip platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

By registering an account with 88chip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data rights at any time by contacting 88chip support. Withdrawal of consent for data processing necessary for account operation may result in account closure.
88chip does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 88chip to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
